I have not heard that name for a while. Spanish firm if I remember correctly, they did have a distribution place around here a few years back for a few years (maybe 5 or 10).
Also they had a fan that would not open the vents until sufficient pressure had built up in the housing - folk thought they were not working yet apparently it was a design feature.
I think that most run of the mill back draft shutters are capable of clacking noisy in winds, the cheap ones are not good but they are often the first type to be fitted.
