I have not heard that name for a while. Spanish firm if I remember correctly, they did have a distribution place around here a few years back for a few years (maybe 5 or 10).
Also they had a fan that would not open the vents until sufficient pressure had built up in the housing - folk thought they were not working yet apparently it was a design feature.

I think that most run of the mill back draft shutters are capable of clacking noisy in winds, the cheap ones are not good but they are often the first type to be fitted.

I remember quite a fewfolk (Both Trade and DIY) returned them to suppliers thinking they were faulty because of this effect and if the person behind the counter was savvy enough he would explain this deliberate feature - I did suggst to one that it might make life easier if he had a model on demo on the counter and plugged it in to demostrate the feature - It did take a few hours to open the vent with air pressure (only joking but it did seem hours to folks waiting for it to slowly open)

Fitted now. I took the old one out a while ago intending a straight swap, but the hole in the internal leaf was in a different place to the one in the external leaf!

So I bashed some dodgy block work out on the inside and lined it up, then built up some new brickwork around the pipe, then plastered and painted.

It's very quiet.
