Hi,

I'm running H&C water from under a bath to a cloakroom on the floor above.

Do I need to fit isolating valves to the supply pipes under the bath or is it advisable to?

I am also fitting a closed back toilet which won't allow access to the cold water feed when fitted. Should I position the isolator so I can turn off the supply to the toilet without moving it away from the wall?

Regards,

Jon

It is recommended that you install isolation valves in an easily accessible position. For both hot/cold and toilet. Preferably near the appliance to be isolated.

If your supply is low pressure, it would be a good idea to use full bore isolation valves.
