issues from a survey

Hi

i have had a full house survey and the surveyor has said

the roof has " inedequate storm bracing and binding to the trussed rafter main roof"

can anyone please help with what that means as i would like to correct the problem

Phone him up and ask him. You've paid him hundreds of pounds to wander around with a clipboard for about an hour. (Usually much less).

probably not enough or maybe no diaginal bracing within the trusses.
usually 4x1 or 6x1 this should help prevent it all folding up like a pack of cards in extreme conditions.

A good chippie should be able to sort it in no time...if i'm guessing correctly
