You're born in a country, you're born a colour, you're born male or female, but that's about it.


So you can be a black, greek, male etc.... but being a vegetarian, or vulcan or muslim, or christian is irrelavent. and a life choice only....


We should disregard religious descriptions completely in all aspects of life... as we would someone describing themselves as a cyberman!!!

So there is no muslim community, just an angry mob that want to change people !!!! set the police on them?!

Racial equality and race hate rules have ruined everything and been highly divisive.

The British never allowed the IRA to consider themselves as prisoners of war and simply locked them up as criminals....

until the Good Friday Agreement that is when suddenly murderers and fruitloops were set free as part of a political agreement.

Crime and politics were now intertwined and have been since.

We already had lots of laws that covered criminal attacks.

Criminal damage - assault - conduct likely to cause a breach of the peace.

These laws could be applied without fear or favour to anyone regardless of race or colour. That man with a brick or petrol bomb was simply a criminal.

Now everything has been politicised (Thanks again to Blair filling our statute books with interminable criminal offences) and things are not quite so simple anymore.

Throwing a brick is no longer seen as someone breaching the peace and damaging persons or property but why the brick was thrown gets dragged into it. No surprise that Blair was a Lawyer and so was his ugly wife with the melted plastic grimace.

We should strip things back to how they were.

Race should not be an arbiter of the offence as a matter of course.

Lots of white people are ****s who deserve a slap and indeed lots of ethnic people are ****s who deserve a slap.
Just because a person gets a slap from someone who is a different ethnic grouping to themselves does not automatically mean a racist offence has occured. It might simply have been someone slapping a **** BECAUSE HE DESERVED IT!...

In the Army when I joined up 'racism' was rife and yet there were only a couple of ethnic soldiers in our unit and they had not a bit of trouble . . however scousers , yorkies , cockney's etc all never stopped having digs and the occasional fights.

The Human psyche is hard wired to be fearful or suspicious of any grouping other than its own. Its a natural defence mechanism. making up silly laws will not stop that.

Its not something you can simply erase from the brain.
People claiming to be racially tolerant aren't doing so because they naturally feel it but because they feel an obligation to behave in a certain way and their actions and thoughts have to be continually checked against a set of rules they feel obliged to follow. It isn't natural behaviour .
