I find the general iq of councilor s to be pretty low

A couple of guys I went to school with are town councillors and they were not blessed with brains, another mate is a county councillor and was average intelligence but had a bad habit of getting the wrong end of the stick, but if I was that bothered I could stand so thats what we are stuck with

Never really seen the point of having parish or local councils. Just another layer of duplication and waste

County councils are full of people who seem devoid of common sense

if I won the euro lottery or similar I would find out were the chief exec of our council lives

and buy the house next door to him or her

I would than proceed to make his or her life a misery rent the place out to a load of dead beats who’s sole remit would be to cause chaos and conduct there selves in an anti social fashion

no actual rent would be charged and they would be on some type of bonus scheme dependant on the amount of complaints received
