Right folks: Looking to lay central heating (22/15mm) and Hot/Cold water pipes in a 3-bed semi.
The usual stuff: feeding pipe through joists with the tales to rads coming up in copper.

I last did this in 2012 with JG Speefit without issue but I'm wondering if it's worth switching to Hep2O if there's an obvious or even slight benefit (I don't mind paying the extra for Hep20)?

Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated.

I would say I prefer hep, but I mainly use jg speed fit as it’s cheaper. Hep was the original acorn and seen it test the time over the years. Only thing with hep is dismantling if need be compared to speed fit. Pipe wise lay flat for speed fit , hep is pretty flexible as it is.
