In the news because reviews are so appalling.
Last time my Mum bought a washing machine there, they messed her about with delivery.
Now she has ordered an oven (her existing one is broken) and the promised delivery date has just been reneged on.
Told her to ring AO and see if they can deliver and install next day, then cancel the JL order.
