Karndean in loft (sounds insulation)

Planning to fit LVT in two loft conversion rooms - approx 40 sqm.

I already have the Karndean feather finish, and 6mm ply sheets.

I want to sounds insulate mainly against impact noise. What product should I use (I also ideally want to use up the ply sheets I've already bought)?

Is this a new conversion? Do you still have the joists visible, or is the subfloor (chipboard?) down?

These guys have a great product called Regupol I’ve used a few times on flats.
Glued it to plywood and Karndean straight to it.

T&G chipboard is already down. Plywood yet to go down.
