Hello,
I have a Potterton Profile conventional boiler that last year was making some horrible noises, glugging, burping and hissing madly like a boiling kettle, and would keep shutting down.
Last February, I drained down the system and refilled a couple of times and added a couple of bottles of Sentinal X200 and gradually the boiler has quietened down. It no longer glugs and burps, but still hisses like an angry snake!
Is it worth draining down again and refilling with fresh X200, or is there anything stronger that's recommended?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
