I've seen worse. I reported one incident, driver overtook me on blind bend, then crossed over dual carriageway central reservation, onto wrong side, went round roundabout the wrong way. I was told the car had been involved in a crash not long after. Probably stolen. I had a video of an overtake on a blind bend of a car and trailer by a van, an oncoming car had to stop to avoid a head on.
