Hi,
Hoping for some advice on some kitchen alterations.
Just moved into new place and looking at options for kitchen.
The kitchen was extended at the back so the opening is the original external wall.
We'd like to make the opening wider to allow the kitchen to flow through a little better.
Currently the length of wall visible is 1m40 and the opening is currently 1m70 wide.
I am guessing if the opening is widened, the existing steel will need replacing for a wider one.
Is this a big job?
I know it's difficult to give figures in terms of price without seeing, but if anyone could give me a ball park idea, that would be great. We're in Manchester.
If it's looking too pricey, may need to work out a design around it.
Thanks
