you would do be better off running it all in from scratch.

this way you could get L,N, & E from ceiling rose.

you would still have to run a new cable to the switch and lights, so you may as well put in a 3rd and connect it to the L, N & E at the ceiling rose

this is one possibility that i mentioned in another thread recently

it has the advantage that you are replaceing rather than adding a cable to the lightswitch from the light which may allow you to pull the new cable in using the old one
