We are planning on having a conservatry built in the next couple of years, and I've got a couple of bits which may cause problems, one of them is the fact that we would like a conservatry to go across the back of the house. This would go across the dining room (double french doors) and the kitchen (just a kitchen window).

The main problem I can see is that the kitchen sink drain is right outside the kitchen window. This has the pipe from the kitchen sink / dishwasher and another pipe from the washing machine in the garage.

I've seen loads of conservatries spanning across the kitchen window so it must be sortable, what's the usual way to sort this?

I saw one a couple of months back in someones diy build, where they had simply boxed the pipes and drain in with a box with a sealed removable panel (but that seemed a bit of a bodge to me)

We have another drain approx 12 foot infront and 7 foot to the right from the kitchen drain, this gets the waste water from the downstairs toilet sink. This will be the closest drain.

Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated

Ask the surveyor, We used to have to move the drain outside. This is the proper way, But if seen some real sht that could not have been passed by a surveyor. It costs a lot but it proper.
