Kitchen Electrics

Is it legal and safe for an electricain to fit under counter lights in a kitchen using simple electrical connectors (the sort that come in a row of ten and you break apart) and leave that on top of the cupboards like that?

I thought that those connectors had to be covered to be compliant?

i personally would not use connecter blocks that is a very poor way of doing it

Nothing wrong with terminal blocks as long as they are suitably rated, enclosed and remain accessible
