Is the best method to spur off the 13A socket/combined cooker switch to a FCU, then on to two flex outlets for the hob ignition and extractor?

use one FCU for the hob ignition, one FCU for the extractor - BOTH wired onto the ring main circuit in your kitchen.

You haven't even told us what rating the cooker is, and what variety it is (gas/electric/both)!

What is the power rating of the "cooker" you mention in your first post?

1.5kw electric. Its on its own radial. So i need two seperate spurs to FCU's for the hob ignition and extractor?
