Washing machine weights are made by pressing a mixture of concrete and iron ore and when pressed they can have small flashings. Although every effort is made to catch any under size blocks every round again one slips through. Because of the flashing when fitted they do not look or feel lose but in use the flashing can break and now the washing machine will start to dance across the floor. To try to get behind the machine is impossible and not easy even reaching to controls on the front.
Driers have a different problem fire again hard to get directly behind them. I don't know of a fault on dish washers but I am sure there is something.
