Kitchen lights not wired correctly

HI can anyone advise

In our kitchen we have two light switches, and two lights.
both switches have two buttons on/off.
you suppose to beable to control both lights with any switch
but only one switch works.

does anyone know how to wire this kind of setup.
when i get home tonight i will give more detail on how many wires etc are in each light switch

you give little detail, in respect of has it just gone wrong, have you changed anything

as my crystal ball is broken, i will assume you have changed nothing, in which case you have a faulty switch.

get a new decent make (MK) and get like for like (two gang 2 way) turn mains off and swap wire for wire

note my signature too, and also look in the "sticky" for reference section
