Kitchen not a 'special location'?

Just to clarify for anyone who is now totally confused over bonding of sinks.
This was a requirement under 15 edition regs but was not under 16th edition.

Some older electricians still bond sinks but as I am sure Ban would agree this is both uneccessary and could introduce an additional danger to an already hazardous area.
