Kitchen Pelmet Bulbs

Hi. Would anyone happen to know what this rather unusual bulbs are please? They are around 7cm across and fitted to the under cupboard lights in my kitchen.

Wondering if I can get replacement bulbs or if not if it would be mains power new fittings I’d need installing.

OMG I've only seen those once before, apparently the kitchen fiting company used to be the importers and only source of spares.

use some surface mounting led downlighters these are a bit big: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09R286KW5/ but it gives the idea. Using 12V versions gives a massive selection.
