Kitchen worktop - trying to identify to get another

I've a kitchen with fairly standard black/grey laminate worktop.

I need another piece after building an island unit.

On the base in one part it says
Ultimate
collection
Fine worktops
R031022
Made in the UK

Any clues as to who/what/where I can get another?!
