It's well documented that 'Red Ken' hates jews, Ken himself is quoted as saying "Making offensive comments about Jewish people does not make someone inherently anti-Semitic", no, I can't make sense out of that quote either.
Some of those you mention are a little more than 'dodgy connections', they're news outlets he's used to voice anti semitic (racist) views.

Accusations of anti semitism have been weaponised to target critics of Israel such as Livingstone.
It is no coincidence that most of those labelled as anti semites are also supporters of the Palestinian people's right to self determination.
Under the old definition of anti semitism an anti semite was some one who hates Jews ,under the new definition of anti semitism an anti semite is someone the Daily Mail and the right wing media hates.
It is ironic that today the left wing socialists are the new 'anti semites' while right wingers like Trump and Tommy Robinson describe themselves as Zionists.

I can't see that "taking part in a debate" is proof of racism.
Can you give us a quote, or evidence of an action, by Livingstone, that proves racism?
You're right, taking part in a debate is not on it's own 'racist', but of course your input to the debate could be.
Maybe implying Hitler was initially a good guy for working with the Zionists to send half a million jews to Israel before deciding to kill the rest qualifies, obviously not in your opinion.

Nevertheless, Anti semitism has increased since Corbyn has been leader.
Its hard to separate real anti semitism from it being used as an excuse to target Corbyn -some of the prominent MPs involved are Corbyn haters and seem to have potential funding from Israel.
However anti semitism insults on social media towards Jewish labour members and MPs is definitely real.
also real is the connection that Corbyn and others have of the stop the war coalition which has connections with anti semitism.
the issue with the hard left is that ideologically they are anti capitalitists. Jewish people and Israel are very successful capitalists. Interestingly the hard left seem to rather like Iran and Press TV.....a country that fights Israel and promotes anti semitism.
Corbyn has for many years supported Hamas and visited Palestine, but he has never once visited Israel to discuss the issue of Palestine or seen the results of Hamas committing terrorist acts in Israel on innocent people.
