Kocom 220v audio intercom

Hi guys
I really hope someone can help me. I have a kocom 220v audio intercom system installed. The buzzer stopped working. But I can still open gate via handset. I checked voltage at handset and at gate station. Im only getting 5 v at the handset and 2 v at the gate station. There isnt a power supply as its a 220v system. Please can someone assist.
