korbel on house

what point of korbel in house of mine during renovation want to remove it as it not look stylish and nice. does it give support?

it is like that i cant take photo now as dark time and not see

Why would you want to remove a corbel? Seems like a lot of work for a small aesthetic gain, surely the neighbours house all have similar?

+ you will need a brickie and some scaffolding to replace a few bricks.

What is wrong with it being there?

It’s also providing support for the bottom part of the verge undercloak. So that’d have to be re-done with some fascia. Crazy idea

I’ve just spent additional hours building two corbels, the customer insisted they mimicked the existing as much as possible…
