Hi all

I am currently laying laminate flooring in my bathroom. I really could do with raising the floor ever so slightly, is there any good reason which would stop me laying fibre board underlay on top of another layer of fibre board underlay before laying the laminate flooring?

I know this sounds mad, but if there is no risks attached it really would be a life saver for me!

Cheers for advice!

You run the risk of a wobbly floor by adding extra underlayment. You're much better of by installing plywood first.
