Laminate flooring

Hi, first time on site..

wonder can someone help, just moved into house with very nasty maple laminate flooring in the hall. Can't afford to replace just yet, is it possible to darken this with a special paint or stain. Thanks.

Hi and welcome.
See here first to see what kind of flooring you mean i.e. melamine or wood-engineered. Type means different answer: melamine can't be stained, wood-engineered can.
