Laminate Underlay for Kitchen

i'm buying Laminate flooring for the kitchen but was unsure about the type of underlay

I've got a few of the Green Fibre boards left over but i thought if that gets wet at all it would break up.So i may be just the 2mm foam roll would be best?

it's a new concrete floor so there should be know rising damp issues
