Yes, they used to do a carpet to laminate and laminate to lino type connecters but when I did mine the other week they've changed them to something like 'joining same level flooring' and 'joining different level flooring'. I think they're actually better than the old ones as no screwing required and the clip on top is a genius idea......but that's my personal opinion
