Large threshold between wood and tile

Hi

I want to tile an open plan kitchen area, and also lay engineered oak flooring on the dining side, the problem is the threshold between the two areas is about 4.5 meters.

I have seen the thresholds you use between rooms in doorways, even double doors, but how do you bridge such a large join of two different flooring materials?
