The American victims of Gaddafi were compensated by Libya years ago.
Blair blocked compensation for Brits as part of some dirty backroom deal with Gaddafi.
He tried to say that compensation for Brits and Americans were separate issues.
Yet American victims of the Harrods bomb were Compensated by the Libyans while the British victims got nothing.
