laying a sleeper wall

Hi Guys

First time posting.

I am putting a sleeper wall in just a small one 500mm high. I have poured concrete footings and have sank rebar into it to thread the sleepers in nd chemical resin to bond them. problem is part on the pour is not completely level. can I use a mortar bed to sit the sleepers on to make it 100% Level?

Probably and I think you may be over engineering just a bit

yeah most probably should not mention the straps to tie them together and the sleeper screws connecting them. Luckily the material is free.

I started with straps for mine but ended up just using big screws near the bottom of each at an angle down into the one below
