Laying concrete-can someone quote me? (in slough)

Hi, looking for concrete to be laid in the back garden. There is already concrete there but its cracked and a bit uneven. the area i want done is approx 6m x 3.5m and i want about 3 inches of concrete laid on top and the surface must be flat and and stay flat as there will be a shed built on top.

i'm based in slough. is there anyone here that can do a good job for me at a reasonable price?
