Hello
In the middle of having a side extension built on our house. There used to be a copper gas pipe running along the side of our house which went outside from under the stairs, along the house as a thin copper pipe and then into our kitchen where the boiler is. The extension is now where the pipe used to run. I can see that the pipe now comes into the extension then goes inside where the plasterboard will be and then underneath where they have laid a concrete floor (about 5/6 inches deep over the aggregate), then up again and out. Is this considered gas safe ? I’d read that you can’t have gas pipes under building work ? It’s copper pipe covered in yellow tape
thanks for any advice
