Lead pipe fitting - ID required

can anyone suggest where I could get a plug / cap to replace this stop cock fitting. The outside diameter of the thread i(where the ptfe tape is)is 29mm.
The ideal outcome is to blank the tap fitting off with a cap. I've installed a new stop cock further upline on a copper pipe.

first isolate at the external stop-cock. ceck the supply is off.your best bet then is to cut the incoming lead pipe below the lead wiping bulge and release and remove the pipe and fittings, including the old stop-cock, up to the new up the line stop-cock.
then use a lead-loc lead to copper adaptor fitting to install a new short length of copper tube up to the new stop-cock
re-fix the bonding.

fwiw, all lead pipe should be removed esp the water supply line coming into your house - some utilities will change external lead pipe to copper pipe free of charge
