We have a leak and ripped up the floor..
Found a bit of pipe that looks like this (image attached)
The boiler was loosing pressure quickly about 0.5 bar of pressure every 15 mins. Since this bit of pipe was fixed the pressure is holding for longer but still dropping, much slower (about 0.5 bar every two hours) and the radiator that is next to the repaired bit of pipe isn't coming on.
Any ideas
1) what could cause the pipe to get damaged like this?
2) what we need to do next? Do we still have a leak or could it be an air lock or something else that is causing the pressure issue now?
We have bled all the radiators but can't bleed one of them (it has a broken valve) the radiator with the broken valve comes on but just can't be bled.
Thanks
