Hi, just wonder if someone can help me. Last Saturday the radiatior in the kitchen was leaking and I called a plumber, who charged me £265 for a 2 hour job. He turned the boiler off and fixed the leak but when he tried to turn the bolier on it did not work and he is saying that it is not his fault and he will not fix it.
what should I do??

If you are expecting help from a forum it would help if you at least indicated the make and model of boiler!!

Oh and a two hour job at what time of day and how far did he have to travel to reach you. His charge may, or may not be reasonable but again without any supporting information your comments seem seem unreasonable! Materials?? VAT?? Urgency of your call?? - possibly fairly high with a leak.

I am not interested in your opinion, I don't really remebmer asking if you find me unreasonable or not.. keep you comments to yourself mate.
I already sovled the problem, got another company to do the job properly and managed to get half of my money back.
