Leaking extension roof

Hi.
we have a one story ground floor extension which leaks along two lines.
Roofers have told us that the velux is fitted incorrectly and that the tiles (Redland 49) are wrong (we know that some Redland 49s are ok for low pitch and some aren’t -how can we tell?

Our builder disagrees but cannot diagnose the issue. We are fed up!

Can anyone advise next steps?

Internal pictures wont help anyone. You need external picture. flashing etc..
 
I would class a 49 as a low pitch tile . 17.5 with 100 m hl.

As above share the outside pictures

The granular and smooth are for different pitches I understand. Only one is suitable for 20 degrees
