Leaking toilet

Have a look at the inlet pipe to the cistern (top half) and there could also be some movement if the cistern isn’t screwed to the wall.

When the toilet was moved to fit the floor, did the installer split the toilet into 2 by taking the cistern off of the lower pan? If so then it will probably need a new sealing doughnut (sits in between the top cistern and the bottom pan and creates a watertight seal) unless they manage to fit it exactly the way it was before.
