We had conservatory fitted last summer, leaks have appeared over two location where it butts to the wall, unfortunately for us the firm who fitted it have gone bust.

The problem is there is no fall on the gutters and the two leaks.

What's the beat way to resolve this, try and seal the leaks or re-install with a decent fall to the gutters ?

Any one recommend re-installers in Surrey (KT3) area who would help with this ?

thank you

Any decent builder should be able to fix it. What sort of joint was made to the house wall? Can you post a picture of the joint to the house wall from above?

Crafty - thanks for a quick response

First leak is in the corner, one side jointed to a brick wall and other to flat roof facia. The other to brick wall only. Where the joint is with brick wall, between the gutter and wall there is mastic with lead flashing over.

My concern is that the gutter it self maybe leaking

Conservatory gutters are always put in level, they have to follow the ring beam.

As said not a big job to put right, its just getting somebody there to do it.
