i have a drip coming from where the hose joins the shower box and this come out of the head and i waste alot of water is it possible i need a new washer in the electric shower.The shower is a triton as 200x how do i get the front panel off? i have un done the two screws but it stll doesnt cme off? thank you

Don't take the cover off without isolating electrically.
If the leak is at the shower hose connection, then leave the cover alone - just remove the hose and replace the washer, or hose, or both.
If the water is coming from the pressure relief tube, then you have a different problem, which is back pressure - this can be caused by a scaled up handset, or a scaled up heater can. The former is easy to fix, the latter not quite so easy, and also not cheap.
