Help! I have just laid 18mm solid oak tongue and groove flooring over chipboard subfloor using an Elastion pretender. Everything went very well during the installation (two days ago) however on my return home today, I noticed a leak (drip every 10 seconds) from the radiator valve. The water seems to have spread under the boards (visible dark patches and slight cupping) to an area of roughly 18" from the pipe, my question is, what on earth do I do now?! I'll be grateful for any ideas/tips any of you may have, thanks for reading.
P.S I'd like to thank all contributors to this sub-forum, its thanks to you that I had the bottle to attempt to fit the floor myself, and I am so pleased I did, it's my greatest diy achievement to date! (the leak.... not so much)
