New washbasin in bathroom, leaks via the waste (ie waste is not sealed properly, on top, to the basin). I've noticed in the "throat" of the waste that there are holes that could be used to tighten (screw) the two halves of the waste together, squeezing it down to the basin surface better. Is there a tool to do this? (Or am I the only tool here? )
