I've got 2 LED strip lights in my kitchen, each with its own transformer. About 1 year after installation, one has suddenly gone dim. I swapped the transformers over and the other one went dim so the problem is with the transformer. I assume I will just have to buy another transformer but wanted to check if any kind expert out there knows of another solution for this?
This is the transformer:

Yes sounds like swapping the power supply for a new one is the answer, doesn't have to be the same brand any constant voltage driver rated at 12v 30w will do. May be worth checking how much power the led strip is pulling if you know its rating as the driver should be oversized by at least 20% otherwise they tend to fail quickly.

Thank you, I'll get a new one then.

The strips are 19w so a 30w should cover it. I know that initially there were 2 strips (i.e. 38w) running off one transformer for a couple of weeks before the mistake was spotted so that perhaps explains the early failure.
