I have bought a house that needs a lot of work doing and i have now started to plan the kitchen. The kitchen floor is a tiled concrete floor and the dinning room is floor boarded but i am moving the kitchen into the dinning room and visa versa. The wall was already removed and there is a lump were the two floors meet but the concrete floor is also not level. What is the best way to level the floor as it sweeps to the lounge and i don't want to mess about with the lounge floor. Can i self level over everything ie Tiles, floor boards etc.

Please help as the wife is driving me mad with her nagging about it.
