Did this come out of a table lamp or a standard lamp with a transformer/wall wart? If so then it it will be a halogen bulb and you'll need to check the voltage and amps or watts from the transformer usually 12V and wattages 20 upwards.

Estimate or calculate your glass bulb surface area with that of known wattage bulbs in the store to get the wattage.

Compare the filament size & length with that of known voltage and wattage bulbs to get the voltage/current.

From the size shown it's probably less than ~20w. If it is 20w the connections near to it probably need to be welded or crimped and not soldered.

Definitely not a tv lol.

Does anyone know what type bulb it is ? The closest I can find is a G4 bulb but they are about twice its size.

It's not the port navigation light, is it?

When I first looked at it, my immediate thought was that it's a neon...

You could try taking a picture of it against a white background and doing a Google image search.

What is the nameplate power draw of the picture and how many bulbs are in the picture and are they in parallel?

G4 is 4mm pin centres, G3 is 3mm pin centres
looks to me like a G3 capsule lamp proberly less than 10 watt
