Hello

This is my first post so hello to you all very nice to see such a helpful forum.

My Grandperants have a bulb gone in their kitchen and the fixture (pictured below) is one i have not seen before and I have no idea how to remove the bulb from it.

any help/info would be much appreciated.

If there are no screws horizontally around/above the centre part (perhaps three) then

it may turn anti-clockwise for an inch or so (i.e. unscrew) and then drop down.

Looks like a G4 capsule lamp type undercounter light similar to what you get in wickes
The inner ring with the glass in sometimes clips out sometimes you need to carefully pop it out with a screwdriver.

sometimes though as said above you have to turn the inner bit about 10 degrees and it then pulls out.

There seems to be a little lever thingy at about 11 o'clock.
May be you just need to jiggle that, as they say.......

As I recall, place the tip of a fine screwdriver blade in the gap between cover & fitting and waggle. May need to do this in several places.

BUT....keep a hand under the fitting to catch it, otherwise you'll smash the glass.
