How can i make that work, and is it possible?

Is this a new radial circuit from the CU (notifiable), or are you adding lights to an existing radial socket circuit?
Is it in a kitchen?

I assume the circuit has/will have a 20A MCB??

In any case:
(a) that switch needs to be a switched FCU with a 3A/5A fuse; or
(b) install an FCU with a 3A/5A fuse before the switch.

Yes, You can put a light on the ring as long as it is fused.

You will need to fuse down at the switch with a 5Amp fused connection unit. You use 2.5mm cable coming into the fcu and 1 or 1.5mm for the load.
Are there only two sockets on this circuits?
Is it a radial?
What is the size of the MCB at the consumer unit.
Is it fitted with an RCD?
