Hope someone can help me please.

I have just installed 2 ceiling pendants in my loft, but they do not seem to be working properly. :( When I pop in a 60w bulb in each pendent they are both very dim. When I pop in a 100w bulb in one pendant and one 60w bulb in the other pendant, the 100w bulb just lights up and no more, where as the 60w bulb shines as it should. The same happens when I swap the 100w bulb and the 60w bulb around. :?

I connected a junction box from the existing light circuit, then ran a cable to the 1st pendant, then to the 2nd pendant then to the switch. Hope this is correct.

My lights all work as per usual.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
:)

Is it just a matter of going from my junction box to my 1st pendant, then to a switch. Then to my 2nd pendant from my 1st pendant?
