Lights on !

We're supposed to be preserving fuel not increasing consumption by driving round with lights on unnecessarily

I used to drive with my lights on all the time.

Why, because on an accident claim form there is a little tick box that asks "did you have your lights on at the time of the accident" and yes if I ever had one I did not want any claims that I could not be seen.

However, given the costs of fuel these days I have stopped doing so.

Unless it is either dark, getting dark, foggy or raining I will not do so.

I'm saving £187+ a year by moderating my driving & using fuel saving measures.

So if some European ponce wants me to drive with my lights on then they can damn well provide the tax break incentives to do so otherwise pee off! :D

By the way, is ther a link available for this proposed legislation?
