Hi folk,

I'm investigating lights that can turn themselves on and off for home use.

I've seen them in offices that use what looks like a PIR to manage the job but I'm looking for something less 'obtrusive' to do the job.

Anyone know of any suitable products?

Thanks

Simon

question.

where do you intend to use it?

my thinking is i have seen them / similar in toilets, halls, small places, where you dont stay for long, so i amthinking not good for say lounge or bedroom as those ones only stay on for 6 mins at most

http://www.danlers.co.uk/pir/wapir.html These are pretty good too. They will cope with inductive as well as resistive loads so you can use 'em with Fluorescents as well as incandecents. They have a timer that runs from 10 sec to 40 mins and no neutral required. Downside is they're £50 each[/url]
